With a seasonal menu, signature dishes include snail fondue, grilled pork with soft mac leaves and sticky rice with lotus seeds.

Dong Thinh
Established for over 40 years on Hang Dieu Street (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi), Dong Thinh is renowned for its meticulous eel preparation. The restaurant, modest in size with a low ceiling, can accommodate around 30 people. The diverse menu includes six varieties of eel dishes, from vermicelli to eel rolls and soups.
The eels, processed to obtain a texture that is neither too soft nor too crisp, are served in a broth delicately balanced between sweet and salty. Despite a service considered unwelcoming, the restaurant attracts for its cuisine.
